Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all original packaging, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns of items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Items missing original packaging or tags will not be accepted.

Refunds are not returnable, provided they comply with the requirements of this policy.

We do not accept returns for personal preference or buyer’s remorse unless covered by EU law.
Warranty
All Boudelle items are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item becomes faulty under warranty within this period, please email support@boudelle.com with a description and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason — including change of mind.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your return is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@boudelle.com so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product following the returns process and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund. A refund will be issued for your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to make the refund available in your account.
